Further Pictures from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic US Congress Members

Property blueprints for the financier's secluded Caribbean island featured within the released materials.

Furthermore included in this recent photograph release seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.

The financier bought a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

The released images indicate he had formulated plans to develop the substantial island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.

Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the bottom right.

The site plan is marked up in notations in red and features a notes section identifying different areas of the property.

Accompanying this are what seem to be an additional nine site drawings and architectural plans, such as designs for marina coverings.

More images made public as part of the ongoing oversight disclosure.
